She believes that busy schedules, lack of equipment and finances should not be a hindrance to healthy living. Her training PHILOSOPHY is "You ALWAYS have a choice in the matter. You get one body, so choose to do what is necessary to take care of that body. No crash diets, no quick fixes... Consistency and discipline. Changing your life, one day at a time."
Sarah Ball
Assistant Director / Instructor
I have always been an active individual. My passion for fitness and wellness stemmed at the early age of 5. I grew up as a competitive gymnast and received a college scholarship to compete as a n all-around gymnast for Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, LA. There had I earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science, which encouraged me to search more about the fitness industry. My next move was applying for a personal training position at LifeTime Fitness in Alpharetta, GA and passing the NASM, CPT certification in 2006. After a few months working there, I truly realized my passion for helping people with their fitness and health. In 2007, I was promoted to managing a smaller department within the personal training department called the metabolic program through New Leaf Fitness. This program allowed me to assess individual's metabolisms. I quickly learned with this technology how efficient the human body performs with proper caloric intake and the type of exercise intensity. Two year later, I realized how much I enjoy mentoring and teaching people about fitness, nutrition, and prevention, which inspired me to begin working with the National Personal Training Institute. I love teaching and want the best for people. Aside from work, I enjoy working out and exploring what else there is to know about this industry.
